I was hoping somebody could direct me into the correct direction if they too are experiencing trouble with blogger. I cannot upload any pictures and this is devastating.
Not sure if this is the same issue, but I had trouble doing this within IE and then was successful after using Chrome or Firefox as my browser instead. Again, not sure if this would work in your scenario, but thought it was worth a try to let you know! Love your blog by the way....what a lovely family!
I had to switch to Safari to upload pics when they went to the newer interface (instead of Internet Explorer) and/or you can copy and paste the error code that is showing up into Blogger's help/community forum and other users share tips/tricks on how they fixed it... those two things helped me.
Lindesy I can't post pictures for the past 24 hours either, not my own anyway. I can use URL links to images and they show up, but Blogger isn't recognizing any of my own pictures .... so frustrating!
I (& Lisa V.) had the same problem with no error message about a month ago. Ever since they switched to the new upload method for photos, it automatically uploads them at original size... which is silly. And the limit per "author" is rather low. So instead of going back & changing the photo size on past posts, I just created another "author" on my blog... which is also me of course... and no problems! It's a silly but simple & quick solution.
Hi Lindsay...I am a new follower. I am still able to upload my photos. I use Picasa and (thankfully) it is working fine. Have a nice weekend, and I hope it gets figured out! I hate computer problems!

ReplyDeleteHave you tried doing your posting through Window's Live Writer? It's an external program and it is way faster to upload pictures.
