8 big weeks

It's really not fair how fast they grow. I feel like you only get a "new" newborn for maybe a couple weeks. She really grew fast.

I told my friends the other night in bible study that there is no doubt you love all your children immediately, but some you just instantly connect with. I feel that so much with her. Please don't misunderstand my words as being I loved other babies different, but the only way I can relate it to as meeting a new friend whom you've felt as if you have known forever. I have already wondered "How did I ever NOT know you?"

You have a beautiful smile. Your hair line is one of my favorite things about you. I noticed it in the hospital.
